We partner with private developers, investors, property owners and Government agencies to build more affordable residential housing across Aotearoa, for people who use mental health and homelessness services.
We’re also interested in onboarding and developing existing housing, to make it fit for purpose and available to the people we work with.
How we partner
You’ll own the land and have the development capability from consent through to the design and build.
Our Group has more than 30 years’ experience providing community housing solutions. We’ll work with you to de-risk the process by tapping into a range of partnership products, including those offered by the Ministry of Housing and Urban and Development and Kāinga Ora.
Following the build, we’ll:
- guarantee your return on investment through leases with our Community Housing Provider (CHP) partners, who will use the homes to fulfil contractual housing requirements with their funding partners (District Health Boards and Government Ministries)
- continue to add value and protect your investment through exceptional customer service and free property management
- continue working with you to explore innovative solutions and opportunities for further investment in affordable housing.
